🚚 Delivery costs
• All orders placed on our site have a fixed cost of €4.90.
• Free delivery is offered for purchases of €50 or more.
• Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout, after you have entered your personal information.
• All our orders are shipped with a tracking number provided by: La Poste Colissimo, ColiColi or Colis Privé.
📦 Order tracking
Depending on the carrier, you can track your package via the following links, by entering your tracking number:

⏳ Processing times
• Processing your order takes 1 to 2 business days.
🚀 Delivery times
• Once your order has been processed, the delivery time is on average 5 to 7 working days.
📦 Missing article
If an item is missing from your order:
• Please wait an additional 24 to 48 hours beyond the expected timeframe.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
At KALINATUR, we do our best to ensure that product descriptions are accurate to avoid any surprises.
However, if you change your mind or are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt.
➡️ Simply fill out the return form (available upon request by email), sign it and return it to us with your package at the return address that we will provide.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
• Our orders are processed very quickly (usually within 12 hours).
• To cancel an order, contact us immediately at: service-kalinatur@gmail.com
• If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
🏠 Address error
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your address before confirming the order.
• If an error is found, contact us immediately.
• A modification is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
• We are not responsible for incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible addresses.
• In the event of a return to sender, we will offer you either:
• a refund (excluding shipping costs),
◦ or a reshipment (the return shipping costs will be your responsibility).
👉 No refund or reshipment will be made until the package has been received by our services.
